The staff was friendly and provided helpful service during my stay.

I faced several difficulties during my stay at Malecon Rooms Y Hotel. Additionally, there was an incredibly noisy ventilation system that kept me awake throughout the night despite my exhaustion from travel.

rude reception

wrong room

i was absolutely blown away by the rudeness of the front desk lady, who preferred her phone over helping guests. also, the room i got was not even close to what i booked. i was expecting at least a complimentary upgrade but instead got this messy situation. couldn't sleep at all! just couldn't believe it.
